Log today

Pick one of the seven Bristol shapes, pick a colour, and one line is kept. The photo step is there only if you want help.

It states no probability, makes no diagnosis, gives no risk score and names no disease. It records and counts, and that is all. If you are worried about your body, take this log to a clinician.

A record about bowel movements is information about health, so it is handled more carefully than ordinary data. That is why this question is asked here on its own, apart from the general notice about using the app.

If you agree, a date, a shape and a colour stay inside this browser. Nothing is sent to our server, and photos are not stored even while this is on. Turning it off deletes whatever was kept.

Do not turn this on for a shared computer. Whatever stays in the browser can be opened by the next person who uses it.

1. Pick the shape

Choose whichever of the seven Bristol shapes is closest to what you saw. You are the one choosing.

Do not use this app for a baby, because the scale itself is different. A modified scale exists for children who are not yet toilet trained, and a separate baby stool log lets a carer keep entries on that scale.

2. Pick the colour

Tap the single closest colour.

Please pick one shape and one colour.

If you choose a photo, brightness and outlines are counted inside your browser to suggest what it looks like. It is only a suggestion, so nothing goes into the log by itself.

This photo was read inside the browser only, and dropped afterwards.
